Rental Policies
Know the costs before moving day. Normal wear is expected; these fees apply only when totes are kept longer or cannot be returned for reuse.
Lost or damaged totes
$25 per toteThere is no charge for normal wear and tear. The replacement fee applies only when a tote is lost or damaged beyond reuse.
Going over your allotted rental days
$35–$40 per weekExtra time is billed weekly: Starter and Standard packages are $35 per week; Family and Large packages are $40 per week. Contact us to arrange an extension.

As a starting point: 20 totes for a studio, 30 for a 1–2 bedroom home, 40 for a 2–3 bedroom home, and 50 for a larger move. Your belongings may vary, so tell us what you're moving and we'll help you choose.
Yes. Delivery and pickup are free within 25 miles of Wilmington, including Wilmington, Leland, Belville, Hampstead, Carolina Beach, Wrightsville Beach, Castle Hayne and Ogden. A $30 trip fee applies from 25–50 miles, including Southport, Oak Island, Shallotte, Ocean Isle Beach, Sunset Beach, Calabash, Surf City, Topsail Beach and Burgaw. Jacksonville, Whiteville and other destinations beyond 50 miles are quoted by distance. For a long-distance or one-way move, ask about our “keep the totes” option: you pay the package rental plus a per-tote keep fee instead of scheduling pickup.
The totes arrive ready to pack with attached lids, and every package includes packing paper. There is no box assembly or packing tape required, though you may still want specialty materials for especially fragile items.
Just contact us to extend. Extra time is billed weekly: $35 for Starter or Standard, and $40 for Family or Large.
Normal wear and tear is part of moving and is completely fine. A lost tote or one damaged beyond reuse has a $25 replacement fee per tote.
